• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment. Includes basic tracking.

4.3 International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

5.1 Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are in original condition – unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• All parts, accessories, and documentation are included

• Bathroom Mats (once removed from packaging)
• Custom or special order items
